Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are confirmed or processed.

Cancellation may be accepted only if:

• The order has not been processed
• The product has not been sourced
• The product has not been packed or shipped

If JoyBox India is unable to fulfil an order due to product unavailability, we will offer alternatives first. If the customer does not wish to choose an alternative, a refund will be processed.
