Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

JoyBox India will not be responsible for failed delivery due to:

• Incorrect pincode
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer not available at the time of delivery

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
