Product Availability Policy

JoyBox India works with trusted suppliers and vendors to bring carefully selected products for children, gifting, and everyday use.

Some products may be sourced after an order is placed. Therefore, product availability is subject to confirmation from our supplier.

If a product is unavailable after payment:

1. We will inform you as soon as possible.
2. We will share similar alternative options.
3. If you do not wish to select an alternative, we will process a full refund for the unavailable product.

We try our best to keep product availability updated, but occasional stock changes may happen due to supplier-side updates.
