Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At JoyBox India, every product is carefully sourced and packed with love for your little ones. We request all customers to read our return, exchange, and refund policy before placing an order.

No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed and delivered.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong product selected by the customer
• Size, colour, design, or variant preference after order placement
• Minor colour difference due to lighting, photography, or screen display
• Products damaged after delivery due to usage, mishandling, or improper storage

Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To approve any damage claim, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

• The sealed parcel before opening
• The shipping label on the parcel
• The complete opening process without cuts or pauses
• The damaged product clearly visible at the end

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once we review and approve the claim, we may offer:

• Replacement, subject to availability
• Store credit
• Refund, only if replacement is not possible

Refund for Unavailable Products

Since some products are sourced from trusted suppliers, availability is subject to confirmation.

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will first share suitable alternative options with you. If you do not wish to choose an alternative, we will initiate a full refund for that unavailable product.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.

Important Note

JoyBox India reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or if the unboxing video is incomplete, edited, or not shared within the required time.
